What we collect
Riskwise, a project by Lewis, uses your business details, public URLs and questionnaire answers to prepare the assessment. We also collect your name and work email as a service record. Business size and revenue are optional. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive information, private messages or personal information about customers or children.
How the assessment is prepared
Your business information, owner answers and available public web content are processed by OpenAI to research and generate the report. We exclude the contact-name and email fields from the AI request. Information you write in other fields may still identify people, so keep it to relevant business facts.
OpenAI and our hosting provider, Cloudflare through Sites, may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We request that AI responses are not stored for later retrieval; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. See OpenAI’s data controls and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
What we keep
We keep contact details, basic business details, the submitted URLs, and a dated record of your email-permission choice. Your full questionnaire and report are not saved in a Riskwise report archive. Download your PDF and keep your own copy. Contact records expire after 12 months and are removed during routine service use. Technical request logs may be retained by hosting providers. Hashed daily request identifiers help prevent abuse and are removed after two days during routine cleanup.
Contact and feedback
Messages sent through the contact form are private and stored for Lewis to review. Your name and reply email are optional. Messages are not sent to OpenAI and do not create marketing permission. We keep them for up to 12 months, with deletion during routine service use. The confirmation includes a private link to delete your message and any contact details you supplied.
Your email choice
The marketing box starts unticked. Leaving it unticked does not affect the assessment. If you opt in, Lewis can email relevant ideas and services. We do not send marketing automatically from this tool. Any future marketing message must include an unsubscribe option.
Manage or remove your details
Your completed assessment includes a private privacy-controls link, also included in your PDF. Use it to withdraw email permission or delete the saved contact record without creating an account. Keep the link private. Deleting a contact record does not remove a PDF you have already downloaded or provider security logs.
Scope and limitations
Riskwise is an independent AI-assisted assessment service. It is not an Australian Government or eSafety service. It does not provide a compliance certificate, legal advice, a complete content review or a cybersecurity penetration test. Review the report’s evidence and outstanding checks before relying on it.
